Research is Key

Once your interview is scheduled, start by researching the company. Visit their website to understand their business, history, competitors, and market presence. Your recruitment agent can also provide valuable insights. Prepare three to four key points about the company, such as their core activities, why you want to join, the value you can bring, and where you see yourself progressing within the company.

First Impressions Count
