We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to support a high-profile Operating Model function during a critical period of transformation and organisation restructure. This role will play a key part in supporting the delivery of complex change initiatives, with a strong focus on organisational change, operating model changes, restructuring, stakeholder engagement, communications, and change impact analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Change Analyst or a hands-on Change Manager who enjoys working across end-to-end change activities, from change and impact assessments through to change planning, readiness, communications, engagement, reporting, and measuring effectiveness.
This role will suit someone who brings a strong background in organisational change, ideally within operating model design, business transformation, restructuring, workforce change, or cultural change environments.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Change Analyst, Senior Change Analyst, or Change Manager within complex organisational environments
- Strong background in organisational change, ideally including operating model change, restructures, business transformation, or workforce / cultural change
- Demonstrated experience completing change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, change planning, and change readiness activities
- Strong experience in change communications, stakeholder engagement, and supporting communication delivery during change
- Ability to write clear, professional, and engaging communication materials for varied stakeholder groups
- Experience facilitating workshops, engagement forums, and stakeholder discussions
- Strong understanding of change effectiveness measurement, adoption activities, and change reporting
- Ability to work through ambiguity, navigate complexity, and provide practical change solutions
Highly Regarded but not essential
- Experience supporting Operating Model programs or organisational redesign initiatives
- Background in restructures, role changes, service redesign, or enterprise transformation programs
- Exposure to both change analysis and change management delivery
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of end-to-end change management activities across small to medium-sized initiatives
- Conduct change impact assessments and analyse business impacts across people, process, structure, roles, and ways of working
- Perform stakeholder assessment and stakeholder analysis to identify change needs, risks, and engagement strategies
- Develop and support change plans, change readiness activities, and change implementation plans
- Contribute to and help deliver change communications and engagement plans
- Draft clear, effective, and audience-appropriate change communications, updates, briefing materials, and engagement content
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and change discussions to support alignment and adoption
- Support leaders and stakeholders with change communications, messaging, and change-related engagement activities
- Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption, engagement, and change effectiveness
- Assist with change reporting, tracking actions, risks, issues, and outcomes
- Help identify solutions to complex change challenges across organisational, operational, and cultural environments
- Work closely with Change Managers and project stakeholders to sustain delivery across a high-volume pipeline of work
