The Opportunity
Our client are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex change initiatives across a large, dynamic organisation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring business transformation programs are adopted successfully and embedded sustainably.
You will provide expert leadership across change strategy, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and change readiness, while working closely with senior leaders, project teams, and subject matter experts.
About You
You are a commercially minded Change Manager with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale change programs in complex environments. You bring:
- Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or similar)
- Experience working alongside project and program delivery teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong capability in change impact analysis, training strategy and communication planning
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and drive outcomes at all levels
- Strong documentation, reporting and governance skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and delivery of change programs and projects, applying sound project management principles and best-practice methodologies
- Provide expert advice on end-to-end change strategy, including communication, impact analysis, readiness assessments, training needs and deployment planning
- Ensure the consistent application of the organisation’s change framework, standards, and governance across all programs of work
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the business strategy, challenges and operating environment, ensuring alignment across business units
- Identify, assess and escalate emerging risks, issues and dependencies, presenting recommendations to mitigate impacts
- Create and execute comprehensive change and communication plans, including structured training and employee transition strategies
- Conduct change impact assessments across people, process, systems and structure
- Build and sustain senior stakeholder and customer relationships through effective engagement, consultation and negotiation
- Monitor program performance, prepare change readiness reports, board-level updates and executive submissions
- Partner closely with functional leads and SMEs to validate impacts and ensure successful enterprise-wide adoption
