- Understanding of government colour palettes, visual identity requirements and public-sector design expectations
- Some UX / user experience capability, including user-centred design thinking
- Experience contributing to the design of web portals, service websites or digital customer experiences
- Awareness of accessibility and inclusive digital design principles
- Immediate availability to start
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the creative design of a major web portal / website
- Develop high-quality digital design, graphic design and visual assets for online use
- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into engaging, clear and user-friendly design solutions
- Support the visual design of web pages, portal interfaces, digital components and supporting creative assets

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams and delivery teams to ensure designs meet project objectives
- Ensure designs align with government branding, visual identity expectations and accessibility standards
- Contribute to UX-informed design decisions, layouts, navigation concepts and user-focused interface improvements
