Are you a delivery-driven Project Manager with a strong track record in Operational Technology (OT), IoT, and Asset Management / ERP systems? Have you led complex programs across NSW Government?

This is a delivery focused PM position with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement. You will manage a major technology implementation focused on OT systems, IoT integration, and asset lifecycle platforms. Working closely with internal teams, government stakeholders, and vendors, you’ll ensure milestones are hit and governance is upheld – all while keeping communication seamless.

Essential Criteria:

• Detailed technology delivery project management experience on end to end basis.
• Extensive background in Operational Technology (OT), Internet of Things (IoT), Asset Management project delivery.
• Experience within the NSW Government, especially in Transport / Sydney Trains or Sydney Water or Similar.
• Detailed experience in chairing meetings with senior stakeholders and other steering committee / stakeholder engagement.
• Waterfall / Agile Hybrid background as well as Prince 2 or similar methodology

Desirable:

• Experience with rostering / scheduling systems
• Experience with Wi-Fi delivery within a IoT setting;
• Experience Asset management systems;
• Experience with POS and ticketing systems
• Experience with incident management systems;

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex OT/IoT technology projects
• Manage stakeholder engagement across technical, operational, and executive levels
• Oversee vendor relationships, delivery governance, and milestone tracking
• Work within a hybrid PM framework aligned to PRINCE2 and NSW Government standards
