Project Manager Altus Implementation – Altus Project and Portfolio Management

• Great Rates $1,000 to $1,115 per day;
• Initially till December 2025 with prospect of renewal;
• WFH / WFO Hybrid (3 days in office, rest WFH);

About the Role

Working with a major NSW Government department, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of Altus PPM, collaborating with cross-functional teams, extensive stakeholders management, and vendor management to ensure seamless integration, user adoption, and alignment with departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Altus software implementation project.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, ensure alignment, and drive change management.
• Coordinate with Altus vendor teams for configuration, customization, and technical support.
• Facilitate training and support programs to ensure successful user adoption.
• Monitor project performance, report progress to senior leadership, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects as a senior Project Manager, preferably within NSW Government;
• Strong understanding of project and portfolio management tools; experience with Altus (highly preferable) or Microsoft Power Platform delivery;
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change.
• Experience delivering within an Agile / Hybrid environment
• Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous

Highly desirable but not essential skills

• Experience with NSW government;
• Direct experience in implementation of Altus Project and Portfolio Management
