Project Manager – SAP Business Transformation & Shared Services Implementation

• Great Rates $1,000 to $1,115 per day;
• Initially till December 2025 with prospect of renewal;
• WFH / WFO Hybrid (3 days in office, rest WFH);
• Large Transformation / Implementation Project;
• End-user Organization;

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation projects, ideally with a shared services implementation focus;
• Technical knowledge of SAP Shared Services and its transformation / implementation;
• Strong background in business process redesign, stakeholder management, and organisational change;
• Excellent project governance, planning, and reporting skills;
• Experience working in complex or government environments is highly regarded;
• Exposure to SAP implementations or ERP transformation programs is desirable
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills;
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change.
• Experience delivering within an Agile / Hybrid environment

Highly desirable but not essential skills

• Experience with NSW government / treasury;
• Direct experience in implementation of Altus Project and Portfolio Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic business transformation and shared services implementation initiative
• Develop and manage project plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, risk management, and reporting frameworks
• Partner with executive stakeholders, change managers, HR, finance, and technology teams to align objectives
• Ensure governance and project controls are in place for effective decision-making and issue resolution
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope
• Provide input into SAP-related deliverables (if applicable), working alongside technical SMEs
