Salesforce Tester – Tosca Automation – Salesforce Functional Quality Analyst

• $900 to $1120 per day depending on Experience;
• WFH Hybrid 1 to 2 days in office rest WFH

The Opportunity

They are seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Quality Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Tosca automation testing to join the CRM Practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver new Salesforce capabilities, ongoing support, and continuous improvements across our enterprise platforms.
  
About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Minimum 4–5+ years’ experience as a Functional Analyst or QA Analyst within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Experience Portals.
• Strong background in automation testing, with proven Tosca expertise (test case creation, execution, and maintenance).
• Experience in CI/CD environments and quality assurance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to translate technical issues into business language and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify how Salesforce and its capabilities can improve business processes and deliver efficiencies.
• Perform functional quality assurance, system testing, and end-to-end test automation using Tosca and other tools.
• Deliver test strategy documents, test cases, and summary reports aligned to governance and quality standards.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by demonstrating Salesforce functionality and capturing feedback.
• Collaborate with developers and administrators to troubleshoot issues, including tracing through Apex code and Flows.
• Contribute to deployment processes and configuration-based Salesforce solutions, including UIs, Flows, and Customer Experience portals.
• Use CI/CD tools and automated test scripts to ensure stable, high-quality Salesforce releases.
