About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Cyber Security Program Manager specialising in Operational Technology to lead the delivery of complex cyber security uplift initiatives across a large, operationally critical environment.
This role is ideal for a senior cyber delivery professional who can combine strong program management discipline with a solid understanding of cyber security architecture, Operational Technology, enterprise security controls and critical infrastructure environments.
You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of major cyber security workstreams, managing scope, schedule, budget, governance, risks, issues, dependencies and senior stakeholder engagement, while also contributing meaningfully to the technical direction of cyber security roadmap initiatives.
This is not a purely administrative program management position. We are looking for someone who understands cyber security delivery at a practical level and can confidently engage with security architects, engineers, operational technology teams, vendors, senior business stakeholders and executive sponsors.
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Cyber Security Program Manager, Cyber Security Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, Technical Program Manager or Cyber Security Transformation Lead.
- Experience in delivering Operational Technology, industrial environments, critical infrastructure or cyber-physical systems cybersecurity.
- Experience delivering complex cyber security uplift programs at enterprise scale.
- Experience working across OT and IT environments, including security controls, cyber risk, governance and assurance.
- Strong program management capability across budget, schedule, scope, RAID, dependencies, procurement, reporting and benefits realisation.
- Experience preparing business cases, executive presentations, steering committee papers and senior stakeholder updates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence technical teams, vendors, senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
- Experience with structured delivery methods such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid Agile or sprint-based delivery.

Qualifications and certifications
Program or project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile, Scrum Mastery or SAFe will be well regarded.
Cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, SANS / GIAC or similar will also be advantageous.
