Property Leasing Administrator | Property Coordinator | NSW Government Contract

$550 – $600 + Super per Day | 9 Month Contract

Infinity Pro is seeking an experienced Property Leasing Administrator / Property Coordinator to join a high-profile NSW Government department on an initial contract through to March 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in property administration, leasing administration, commercial property, property portfolio management, tenancy management, procurement administration, contracts administration, project coordination or government administration.

You will work closely with senior property professionals supporting a range of leasing, commercial property and portfolio management initiatives while ensuring compliance with NSW Government policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the acquisition, onboarding and retention of commercial tenants across a diverse property portfolio
  • Prepare and coordinate procurement documentation including Information Memorandums, Request for Proposals (RFPs), returnables and supporting documentation
  • Assist with leasing administration, tenancy coordination and commercial property activities
  • Prepare briefing notes, reports, correspondence and executive submissions
  • Maintain accurate records, document control and government database systems
  • Support financial administration including purchase orders (POs), invoices, accounts payable processes, cost codes and WBS tracking
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement across internal business units, property service providers and external partners
  • Monitor project and leasing activities, reporting on status, risks, milestones and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with NSW Government procurement, governance and record management requirements
  • Provide administrative and project support across a portfolio of property and leasing initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in property administration, leasing administration, property coordination, tenancy management, commercial property, property portfolio management or property services
  • Experience preparing procurement, contract or tender documentation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience preparing reports, briefing notes, correspondence and executive documentation
  • Exposure to financial administration including invoices, purchase orders, accounts payable, cost codes or budget tracking
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and document management systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Highly Regarded

  • NSW Government experience
  • Experience working within commercial property, real estate, asset management or property portfolios
  • Knowledge of procurement, contract administration and governance processes
  • Exposure to MyWorkZone or similar project and document management systems
